Public Speaking Contest Birmingham Newman University was a brilliant showcase of confidence, courage, and communication.

Speakers inspired us with their unique voices and high standards, making judging tough!

This event highlights the power of purposeful speaking and the strength of our Catenian community.

Catenians actively support young people through public speaking competitions and sponsorship of events like Flame, the largest young Catholic gathering in the UK.

Peter Eady Quiz May 2025

Another fantastic evening at the Kidderminster Peter Eady Quiz Night,

filled with tough questions, great company, and plenty of competitive spirit!

Yes, Redditch has done it again—securing victory for the 11th time! A huge congratulations to the team for their impressive streak. Last year’s winners, N Warwickshire, put up a strong fight and finished as close runners-up.

As always, the prizes did not disappoint: the winners took home the prestigious cup and a bottle of wine each, while the runners-up were rewarded with a delicious chocolate orange.

A massive thank you to everyone who took part and made the event such a success
